It’s too noisy to sleep because of their air swapper for the building, I tried to change rooms but refused. Room number 402, don’t trust their images. Will never visit again

Me dieron una habitacion con una ventana que da al hueco del ascensor. No entra la luz en todo el dia, casi claustrofobico. Son muy amables en la recepcion pero a veces hay que esperar a que salgan. El estilo es un poco anticuado comparado con otras opciones. Escogeré otras opciones la próxima vez
We check before arriving if they had storage for cycles and they confirmed "Yes", but in reality it's "No". The storage space is down an alley with steps into the laundry room with very low ceilings.
Some of the staff were really friendly and helpful (not all).
Would I stay again? No, spend a bit more and go elsewhere
