Séjour au top du top. Déconnexion totale. C'était ma première expérience dans un 5 étoiles. J'ai adoré . Le personnel était vraiment gentil. Tout était parfait. Expérience à refaire.

Cet établissement est incroyable. Un calme très rare en plein centre ville, des chambres magnifiques, un service fabuleux, tout comme le petit déjeuner.
Et le Spa : incroyable !

This hotel is simply superb, a real gem. The staff is ultra professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. The property itself is very lovely and the rooms also very lovely and comfortable. Further, the little garden is simply wonderful and comfortable. ||The dinner at the restaurant was just sublime, truly multiple Michelin star worthy! Highly recommend.

This is a perfect hotel in every respect; in particular the staff are exceptional. We were upgraded to an apartment which gave us the best of both worlds- a stunning apartment with access to all the facilities of the hotel.

Un hôtel où c'est toujours un plaisir de séjourner. Idéalement placé pour découvrir Rennes et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. L'ensemble du personnel (bar, restaurant, accueil, entretien) est charmant et à l'écoute.

I have been trying out quite a few Mgallery hotels worldwide and this one is definitely the worst. Check in was confusing, front desk was visibly undertrained, room not available at 14 pm , no elite member recognition,at all, well, no problem. But when we got to our room which is tiny and outdated of course, and tried to take a shower after the journey and waiting, one found that the shower gel bottle was empty ...tried to call the reception, no one answered...no other choice but to interrupt the shower. And of course they finally delivered the shower gel, 20 minutes and numerous unanswered phone calls after. The next day breakfast was plain, nothing special, two dirty coffee cups were put by the waiter on our table. However the bartender at hotel lounge was very friendly and nice. This hotel is definitely more mercure than Mgallery, I hope my review will help when you try to make a choice in rennes, my friends who stayed at mama shelter were quite happy about their experiences. And sorry no photos this time, not really worthy.

We based ourselves in Rennes while we explored Brittany for a few days. The hotel was very clean & our room was very spacious. ||The highlight of the hotel was the staff - they were all so kind & helpful. Also, nearly everyone was fluent in English, which was very convenient for us as we know very little French. ||The location of the hotel is nice as we were able to walk to many restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies & coffee shops.

Lovely, comfortable hotel that’s walking distance to the historic center, the food market and great restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great food options at bar and restaurant as well as an outstanding breakfast ! The charcuterie plate was delicious. Valet parking a real bonus.

Très beau hôtel, spa et massage.
Personnel tres agréable.
Quelques petites choses a revoir,chaleur dans la chambre, robinet automatique pour le lavabo serait plus simple,sèche cheveux défectueux et matelas a changer.
Matelas a revoir plutôt un 160 que un 140.

Bonjour, hotel très bien situé dans le centre de Rennes. Restaurant, chambres, bar...cependant un service de multiples pour ce décontracté avec séance de sport, massage et autres. Le personnels accueillant et très agréable également avec sourire. Très professionnelles et une bienveillance pour le client, parlant anglais. J'ai passé un bon moment merci.

レンヌの中心部にあって何処に移動するにも便利でした。アパートメントタイプの部屋に滞在したのですが、キッチンにオーブンや食洗機、レンジ、バスループには洗濯機があり助かりました。まだできたばかりとあって、とても綺麗でした。部屋タイプによってだと思いますが、私達が滞在した部屋はクローゼットが少なくて、すこし不便でした。|スタッフさんは感じの良い人が多く（特に朝食の方）、私達がいつも注文しているものも覚えてくださって、助かりました。レンヌにまた訪れることがあったら、宿泊したいホテルです。

This was a nice surprise. The room has everything you could want. The registration personnel were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. We overlook a courtyard in the spa and it’s very tranquil and beautiful

L'accueil est parfait dès que l'on rentre dans l'hôtel.
Très bon restaurant avec un chef et son équipe qui savent se renouveler.
Le bar de l'hôtel est également à faire, de très bons cocktails servi avec le sourire.
Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Dès l'accueil par le service de voiturier, le ton était donné (note particulière à Pierre et ses collègues dont je n'ai pas retenu les noms).
Cette ambiance jeune et dynamique a été confirmée par le personnel de la réception, du bar, du service au spa et du service à l'étage.
Un sans faute sur tous les aspects de cet Établissement qui nous donne envie de revenir.

Décevant, un 5 étoiles …
Chambres identiques à celle d’un Mercure (groupe Accor), seul la déco est un peu plus haut de gamme … 230€ la nuit
Interrupteur presque tombé du mur, papier peint abîmé…
J’ai dû commander au bar, le personnel n’est pas venu me voir alors qu’il n’était pas du tout occupé

Seul le petit déjeuner était à la hauteur, large choix de produits frais et maison
Personnel de service au petit déjeuner très agréable et discret
