这家现代、私密的餐厅距离主厨朱利安-勒马里(Julien Lemarié)的美食地址仅咫尺之遥,设计成日式葡萄酒吧。午餐时间,您可以品尝到用新鲜蔬菜烹制的炖菜(扇贝、鳕鱼、红烧猪肚等),然后是柚子芝士蛋糕或苹果、唐卡和柠檬甜点。到了晚上,菜单上的菜品会增加,包括大阪烧、用紫菜海藻佐以味噌烧制的韭菜,以及各种共享菜肴,颇具日本居酒屋的风格。甜点也不乏风味!

10 dishes, each with their unique flavours followed each other in a logical way. I will certainly recommend and come again when I'd be in Rennes
The drink pairing was a bit hit or miss, with some excellent matches aswell as some strange combinations. E.g serving a super floral wine with earthy flavours in the course or the wine served with a dessert that got completely overpowered. I did also ask if there were some sakes in the pairing, which they confirmed... Yet there was just one (also paired with a dish that might have had a bit too much flavour for the sake to compete with.)
Aside from that the sommelier did explain the wines nicely. I only missed some communication on why some dishes didn't get paired. We got 7 wines for 10 dishes. I would understand having just one wine for 3 desserts, or one wine for 2 smaller courses, but having nothing to drink, because we didn't know no wine was following was a bit sad.
