La réalité, c’est que beaucoup d’avis semblent venir de clients locaux, et tout le monde n’a pas les mêmes standards. Quand un repas digne d’une cantine reçoit cinq étoiles, on est en droit de s’interroger sur la crédibilité des notes.
La différence de traitement entre les touristes et les habitués était flagrante — le service était froid et distant, et la qualité de la nourriture, franchement médiocre.
Ma note reflète exactement cela. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit aux visiteurs exigeants.
Let’s be clear: the service here was not just cold, it was borderline hostile. If you’re not from around here, don’t expect a smile, basic courtesy, or even the bare minimum effort. It felt like we were an inconvenience from the moment we sat down.
And the food? Honestly, I’ve had more passion and flavor from a microwave meal. It was careless, flavorless, and insultingly uninspired — a clear attempt to coast on a suspiciously high 4.9 rating rather than actually earning it.
For context: just yesterday, I had dinner at a 4.7-star restaurant in Saint-Malo. That was art — thoughtful, elegant, and deeply satisfying. Tonight’s meal felt like punishment by comparison. The gap in quality is laughable.
I genuinely don’t understand who’s leaving these glowing reviews. Locals? Friends of the owners? Bots? Because anyone who’s actually tasted good French food would know this place doesn’t even deserve to be in the conversation.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the time, the money, and the frustration — eat literally anywhere else.
