Chambres correctes et bien aménagées
Petit déjeuner continental classique et au tarif correct.

Ensuite bathroom had a walk-in shower.The pump was noisy and didn't work. We had to ask for towels though we booked as a couple,only towels for one supplied.The pump failing meant that the ensuite floor was flooded. The sliding door to the ensuite closed and couldn't be opened.There was no response to the phone number given for an emergency. Eventually we woke the manager by trying to find a toilet to use. He sorted the problem by breaking the door lock. Next morning the bathroom floor was soaking and we had to ask again for more towels for the floor. We didn't have breakfast. The manager pretended not to speak English and spoke some very fast French.Later he spoke perfectly in English as he explained we couldn't get a refund. He also claimed that we had the last room available but didn't explain the relevance of this statement. The booking did not meet the standards in the booklet in the room and there was no emergency service available. There was no buffet breakfast. We requested a refund which he agreed to. We are less than hopeful that this will happen.

Hôtel très accessible à l'Est de Cesson, au centre d'un parc de manoir très calme. Bonne isolation.
Chambre confortable, salle de bains avec baignoire, literie confortable et accès simple au personnel de l'hôtel. Le personnel est prévenant. Excellente expérience.

très calme, très bonne literie, salle de bains refaite mais manque un porte manteau indispensable, bon petit déjeuner bien fourni , manque une machine pour faire un bon café expresso , et c'est vraiment dommage. service très bien. pas d'ascenseur ce qui peut gêner certains.
