La chambre propre, la literie confortable, le personnel très très accueillant et avenant, bon emplacement, la réceptionniste est de bon conseil, j'ai passé un bon moment et le prix est raisonnable, je recommande vivement cet établissement

Inefficient and disonest
I stayed one night on August 10th during my tour in Bretagne. I booked the room via Booking with prepaid method. When I checked-in the receptionist charged the cost of the room (€ 120) on my credit card... When I realized it I asked to have my money back. The lady told me that she was not authorized to do so and I should have waited on Monday. I have never got my money back. I wrote many mails to solicit the credit and the receptionist admitted her fault. But again I do not have got my money back... Now instead of having my money back I received a debit for € 134 at the restaurant Les Partages which I never visited. Indeed, saturday 10th of August I had dinner at the Bistrot 84. I sent via email the evidence of my dinner and I never got an answer.
So dear travellers, if you don't Walter your money stolen from this hotel, don't go there.... DISONEST!
Now I have opened a claim with booking.

Le propriétaire était prêt à me faire un bon cadeau restaurant alors que son établissement a fermé !! Heureusement la transaction n'a pas fonctionné. C'est une honte, bravo pour votre honnêteté ????
