We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel situated in a very quiet and peaceful location. The owners are really kind and nothing was too much trouble. The room was larger than average, it was delightfully prepared and the bed was a super king size. Really beautiful and welcoming. The restaurant is 30 seconds from the hotel, the menu is varied and the service is impeccable. They also have a well-stocked cellar with the best wines. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves attention to detail, good food and comfort.

Nous nous sommes régalés. Le chef Hervé Gagneux est un chef talentueux, doublé d'une très belle humanité. Nous avons vécu une situation difficile et humiliante lors d'un repas dans son restaurant ( malaise en plein repas d'un membre de ma famille) et Mr Gagneux et son équipe ont été si bienveillants, respectueux et empathiques. Des milliers de mercis pour vos mots si touchants et votre regard si rassurant Mr Gagneux. Vous méritez toutes les étoiles du ciel!

Accès facile avec parking. Chambre confortable bien équipée. Accueil très sympathique. Belle salle de restauration avec décoration raffinée. Menu découverte superbe conseillé par son chef très attentionné avec un service aimable et à la hauteur. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Un véritable bijou culinaire ! La Palette offre une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle avec des plats savoureux, joliment présentés et préparés avec des ingrédients de qualité. Le service est impeccable, chaleureux et attentionné. La décoration du restaurant est élégante et crée une ambiance conviviale. Une adresse incontournable à Wittelsheim pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
