Très bon séjour !
Accueil chaleureux et plein de conseil sur les choses à voir dans les environs
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel , choix variés et copieux .
La chambre avait vue mer et était spacieuse et la literie confortable.
Dommage que de jeunes personnes en groupe ait gâché le séjour avec leur comportement irrespectueux et méprisant . Rien ne leur convenait et il le faisait savoir à la réception qui restait malgré tout souriante et calme .
Ils se sont même plain de l’alarme incendie, comme si la gestionnaire l’avait déclenchée volontairement.
Ils ont gâché la sérénité de notre séjour et en plus il faisait rentrer des gens pendant la fermeture de la réception et on ne pouvait pas profiter de la véranda du coup .
Nous reviendrons hors saison pour pouvoir profiter pleinement car c’est un lieu très agréable .

I booked a stay at your hotel from June 14th to June 16th. My partner and I expected to arrive before 8 PM, but our flight was delayed by over an hour, making this impossible.||The day before our arrival, I received an email stating that check-in was not possible after 8 PM. As soon as I arrived at Nantes airport, I emailed the hotel to inform them of the flight delay, but all I received in return was a firm refusal, stating it was impossible to check in after 8 PM. Despite asking if they could leave the key with a trusted person or neighbor, there was no willingness to help or find a solution. I desperately tried calling the hotel, but my calls went unanswered, and the booking was non-refundable.||This situation was frustrating and stressful as we had no other booking. I called a friend who was staying close to the hotel, and he informed me that his mother, who was staying at the same hotel for the same event, managed to persuade the receptionist to leave our key with her. If his mother hadn’t been there, we would have had no place to stay for the night.||Upon arrival, we found our room unsatisfactory. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, as shown in the attached picture. Additionally, our room wasn’t cleaned, and no service was provided during our stay. The next day, I requested additional pillows but was rudely denied by the receptionist, who showed no willingness to help or find a solution. Additionally, the receptionist objected to me taking breakfast to our room because my partner was unwell, insisting I remove the food from the tray.||Throughout our stay, we experienced unprofessional behavior and hostility from the staff. Funny enough I was informed that I could leave the room key on the counter for checkout but how come it was not possible for them to do it for my check in. Showing either laziness or unwillingness to help. |This inconsistency in service was unacceptable. Adding to our discontent, the alarm went off before 10 AM on the day of our checkout, with no explanation or apology from the staff.||Overall, this stay was highly disappointing, and I recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.||Best,|Mehdi Kaddour

Des prestations simples mais confortables. Les couleurs de l'océan vues par les veux,magnifique.

Très bien placé et proche de la plage, chambre simple et décoration quasi inexistante (sauf un moustique écrasé au mur et un clou sans tableau).
Réveillé par l’alarme incendie à 9h « à cause du grille pain » du petit déjeuner. La réceptionniste ne s’excuse pas du dérangement et ne fait rien « ça va finir par s’éteindre tout seul ». Impossible de laisser ses bagages pendant une petite heure avant de repartir « non, pas possible ». Bref aucun service
