Awful experience. We payed for a familiar room initially (4 people), but they asked us to switch rooms as a favour to a smaller one, same price. We found ourselves on a two people room with two extra beds, no space, our heads touching the corner. As beds were placed anywhere carelessly, they left the table stands (that were supposed to be next to the initial bed) on the top of our heads, which was dangerous and i almost got my head hit.
Attention was no better. Regardless of the language (they spoke no word in English), we got in contact with the patron to tell him about our disconformity with the dangerous table stands, and all we got in response is that booking was to blame for that.
The staff of this hotel didn't seem to care about new clients, and in giving our room to a veteran client as a favour we were left with a lack of caring and communication... I don't recommend it.

L'emplacement parfait.

Nous avons été très bien reçu le personnel très souriant aimable
Par contre la chambre avec balcon c était pas ça du tout ce n etait pas un balcon mais un balconnet on ne peut pas mettre une chaise nous on a été très déçu

face a la mer, à 10/15 minutes du centre et tres proche doceanopolis. Simple et sans chichi. Hotel tres correct, calme, propre. Mention particulière aussi pour le peit déjeuner buffet, excellent tres varie, il y en a pour tous les goûts et copieux
La semaine d’après je vois de règlement au nom de l’hotel, malgré de nombreux coup de file pendant trois semaine la responsable n’est pas disponible et j’attend toujours mon argent, service déplorable je risque de déposer plainte au commissariat. Je déconseille
