I had a great stay at the house but disappointing experience with the host. I have already left a review on their Airbnb profile, so I recommend everyone check it to understand the level of "superhost" you would be staying with by looking at his reply to mine. In summary, the house is perfect with many perks, but the hosts are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Beyond my review below, see for yourself on their Airbnb page and ask them questions directly as much as you can.

We woke the host in the middle of the night because my wife needed a shower due to a medical condition, and the water was extremely cold. The outside temperature was around 10 degrees, and there were no clear restrictions on the use of hot water. This happened on the second day of cold showers, after we had complained the previous morning without resolution.

When we arrived, we discovered that the hot water only worked from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., which was not informed beforehand. We planned our trip meticulously and did not expect this restriction. On the first day, we arrived home at 10 p.m., and the last person took a shower around midnight, which was completely disrespected by the host even after it was communicated.

The communication was terrible; I had to call several times to resolve the situation immediately. If the house does not accommodate 7 adults and 2 babies, he should not have accepted our reservation or, at the very least, should have made the rules clear in the description. The host's attitude was hostile and unprofessional, something that surprises me from a "superhost." We were always polite in all our messages and tried to resolve the situation amicably.

There was a clear lack of respect and even a sense of xenophobia towards us, Brazilians. The response comment on the public profile was challenging and ridiculous. I only asked questions about the pool and was criticized for that.

In conclusion, the house is great, but the communication and attitude of the hosts were extremely problematic. I recommend considering other places, as paying a high price to be treated this way is unacceptable.

Preciosa casa en un entorno perfecto. La casa es enorme, muy limpia, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía relajada y cómoda. En el jardín, hay varias plazas de aparcamiento. También hay una zona de juegos infantiles en la que destaca una cama elástica que los niños disfrutan muchísimo. El propietario es muy atento y hospitalario. Muy recomendable!

Le vrai plus de cet endroit, c'est la piscine et son petit jardin attenant.
Concernant la prestation en elle-même, c'est passable. Le strict minimum, mobilier vieillissant et inconfortable. Concernant le prix (pour un séjour de 4 personnes fin juillet 2023), c'est plus cher qu'une suite pour 4 personnes dans un hôtel 4 étoiles proposant un vrai standing à quelques km autour. Concernant le sens commercial du personnel chargé du checkin checkout, il y a des progrès à faire. Ni bien, ni mauvais, ... juste un mauvais feeling d'avoir payé beaucoup trop cher !
