En helt suveræn oplevelse. Vinmageren selv tog imod os og hun er en helt utrolig sød, vidende og vittig ung kvinde. Vi blev grundigt indført i alle vinsorter, lokale regler for vinene, deres vingård og livet på landet i Alsace. Vinene var de bedste vi har smagt (ud af 6 besøg i løbet af vores ophold) og priserne var super rimelige.

Back to Alsace, which is one of our favorite wine regions.
This time to Iltis Jacques et Fils in Saint-Hippolyte. We have over 40 years of deep interest in wine and came here with no preconceived notions but were pleasantly surprised. What fantastic wines are produced here. Both in width and depth, they maintain a high level. Add to that a fantastic reception with interesting discussions and good information about the wines. We can strongly recommend Iltis. Thank you and see you soon.
