Mon épouse et moi même venons de nous mariés dans cet établissement qui offre un très beau cadre. Cependant, mis à part un monsieur, le personnel à qui nous avons eu affaire n’est pas à la hauteur de cet établissement. Une communication laborieuse, et un manque de professionnalisme énorme. Je dirai même mesquin pour certaines personnes. Un directeur et une directrice adjointe qui ont fait preuve d’aucune classe et ouverture d’esprit ou de bon sens dois je dire. Pour le prix que nous avons injecter dans notre mariage, nous avons étés très déçus et étonnés du comportement de ces personnes en question. Les chambres ne sont pas terrible également.

We had an excellent stay for two nights with our dog!! The staff at the hotel is incredible and the triple room was more than suitable for the three of us. The breakfast was really good and the dinners fantastic. The wine is local and the sommelier made some excellent suggestions. The entire hotel staff is incredible and our dinner on the terrace overlooking the church was magical and so delicious. Our room had a view overlooking the vineyards and Haut-Koenigsbourg. At night the stars were so clear; perfect for star gazing. The entire area is very, very peaceful. You are only a 15-minute walk (through the vineyards) from the hotel to Orschwiller if you want to have dinner there or visit one of the many local wine producers. Other towns in the area are close by whether you walk, bike, or take your car. À bientôt Hôtel Val-Vignes Colmar Haut-Koenigsbourg.

Very special hotel, situated in an amazing place. From one side you can see the vineyards and castel and from other the village. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They help us with everything that we needed. Breakfast also very good. Also very good wellness area, you just need to book it beforehand. And then you can enjoy privately sauna for 45 mins. Available also massage, for extra money, which was also amazing. Dinner is till 9 and also better to reserve otherwise might be no place. There was no conditioner but we had fen and it was enough. Our room was in side of vineyards, sun was more to other side.

The village is worth visiting to feel the Alsacian spirit of life.
I suggest the staff to pay more attention to the bath towels.
And to refresh the coffee creamer, I spoilt my morning coffe with it!
I was a bit disappointed...
