Best meal in two weeks in the region. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommended. Spaghetti Bolognese, Braised Pork Knuckle with Alsatian potatoes, Chicken in a Crème Reisling sauce.

Visited the shop on Saturday around 16:30. Nobody was present, but after ringing the reception bell, we had contact with the owner. She asked us to wait a couple of minutes as she was not present but would come directly. After a couple of minutes we were greeted by her and she opened the shop. We tasted some wines and purchased a couple of bottles. She didn't seem to mind it all to have to come to the shop eventhough she was not there, so ring the bell! Nice wines. Payment is possible by cash and card.
Domaine Mittnacht Black, c'est l'un des domaines les meilleurs et les plus sous-estimés d'Alsace, avec un vrai caractère tant du côté du vin que du vigneron, et avec un fantastique rapport qualité/prix. Les vins sont une expression séduisante du terroir, une gamme complete des cuvées d'assemblage jusqu'au Grands Crus (Schoenenbourg, Rosacker, Sporen) et sont incroyablement dignes de vieillir. Le Riesling Schoenenbourg 2017 est ravissant!
Nous avons recemment remporté une vente aux enchères de vins du millésime de 1992 comprenant le Tokay Pinot Gris de votre domaine. Aujourd’hui nous l’avons bien dégusté avec une salade de jambon, roquefort, poires, cresson et noix grillées. C’est incroyable! Un vin si bien vieilli et encore frais mais avec une bonne complexité de miel et de fruits à noyau.
