A very welcoming team and atmosphere, comfortable seating, prompt service. We enjoyed an excellently cooked and presented dish of sweetbreads with a morel sauce and plenty of different vegetables and potatoes and a very enjoyable tarte flambe. A dish of white asparagus was on the overcooked side. A good bottle of local Riesling at a very fair price rounded up our meal. We'd go back there anytime.

Finding an open restaurant in Riquewihr on Wednesday is challenging. As the town was quiet in the evening in early May, we got one same day, no problem. Had a tarte flambee, the Five meats with sauerkraut, and the pork knuckle, all of which were very good. Fun to experience traditional Alsatian dishes. The local Pinot noir was perfect. Most of all the young man waiting on us was kind, had decent English to help us navigate the menu.
