I really wanted to place a review because this place is absolutely perfect and deserves recognition! The food! The wine! The countryside! The company! We stayed 3 days and enjoyed this so much. The hosts were so good humored and served exquisite five course dinners that were better than anything we ate in Paris. I definitely suggest you have breakfast and dinner with your stay. The house itself is beautiful and the bedroom and ensuites are immaculate and very french provincial in style. The location is gorgeous and the Morvan is spoilt with castles and lakes and the best wines and cheeses of Burgundy. I am so grateful to our hosts who patiently suggested squillions of lovely things for us to do- we had a hard time choosing because there are so many beautiful places to visit. Our highlight was a run around Lake Agnon and visiting Vezelay and Bazoches (all suggested by our wonderful hosts). I can see why so many french choose to holiday in the Morvan - and with these lovely hosts in their idyllic bed and breakfast. I would love to return and spend at least a week next time.
