Our recent stay at Le Moulin des Ruats was an absolute delight and we wanted to share our positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful and tranquil setting of this charming former mill nestled in the valley. The sound of the nearby river created a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel itself exudes character and charm. Our room was comfortable, well-appointed. The décor perfectly blended rustic elements with modern comfort, making for a very enjoyable stay. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cozy ambiance.
However, the highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the restaurant. The food was exceptional – a true celebration of traditional cuisine with a focus on fresh ingredients. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The panoramic view from the restaurant added an extra layer of magic to our dining experience.
The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel truly valued as guests and were always happy to assist with any requests. Their genuine warmth and professionalism contributed significantly to our positive impression of Le Moulin des Ruats.
The breakfast was also a treat, offering a wonderful selection of fresh and local products. It was the perfect start to our days exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

Bel hotel avec un tres bon restaurant,manger sur la terrasse au bord de l'eau et assurement un plus tres bon sejour et le personnel tres sympathique .Par contre sur le site internet et le livret d'acceuil de la chambre une borne de recharge ( simple prise renforcée)est a la disposition des clients GRATUITEMENT hors apres renseignement a la reception c'est 2 euros de l'heure alors que le departement de l'Yonne met a disposition des voyageurs des bornes publiques de 7 a 100 kw gratuite cet hotel facture ce service alors qu'il annonce gratuit sur son site pas tres commercial !!limite tromperie!!d'ou une etoile en moins

Venu pour le restaurant, je repense parfois à ce repas un soir de juillet. J'y retournerai je l'espère.
