Sehr unfreundliches Personal.
Wollten Tische zusammenstellen, haben gefragt und Bedienung wurde zur Furie.
Haben dann ein Restaurant gefunden, von jungem Personal geführt und sehr nett! Da war unser Geld besser angelegt!

Wir wollten auf der Terrasse etwas trinken (7 Personen). Wollten zwei Tische zusammenstellen, ganz großer Fehler. Wir wurden sehr übel beschimpft.

Seulement deux étoiles, j ai fréquenté des trois étoiles moins bien.
Accueil- personnel attentionné- cadre très beau et très chaleureux- chambre très propre.

This is a stylish and elegant boutique hotel in the heart of one of the prettiest towns in the Alsace region. Just love the decor, the great staff and the outstanding breakfast. Our bed was very, very comfortable. Great value for money and would love to return soon.
Certes nous n'avions pas pris la carte pour voir les prix, on était évidemment loin de s'imaginer que un coca servi en canette allait être facturé 4€ !!! Et 6€ une bouteille d'eau !
