Es war ein total gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Personal und der Chef sind super freundlich:) wir haben sogar etwas offeriert gekriegt:)

This place is not service orientated. Like most of Ribeauville they clearly are suffering from tourist fatigue. We asked for a table for 6 inside or outside. Inside was totally empty. In the end we walked out as we felt we were bothering the staff. The owner, sitting on the terrace on a table for 4 with one friend, very rudely, encouraged us to leave. And his insulting response to the review speaks for itself on how much he will value your custom.

Very good experience here. It's a very nice hotel with it's traditional Alsace style. The location is exceptional, on the main street of the town. Really valuable aspects are the owner and the breakfast. The owner is a truly kind guy, full of attentions for his guests. The breakfast is special, with traditional Alsacian foods.

Un hôtel typique des chambres sympa il manque juste la clim par contre super petit déjeuner frais et variés un vrai bonheur félicitations
