We ordered the lunch set menu with a Starters+ Main courses (€45). 6 Snails in Garlic Butter were absolutely delicious. I soaked up all the sauce with the bread and ate it all.. Turbot Steam White, Risotto with Truffle Oil was also really good. The fish was incredibly tender with no fishy smell at all. The risotto sauce was a bit salty for my taste, but overall, the risotto was good.
Homemade duck liver and the Beef filet, both of which were very satisfying. Just a heads-up: some dishes on the set menu come with an extra charge (+€6 / +€8), so it's worth checking the details before ordering.
We loved the Louis Sipp Riesling so much that we visited the Louis Sipp winery afterward and bought several bottles. We also looked for Gustave Lorentz Riesling in several shops, but unfortunately couldn’t find it..
We had a delicious meal in beautiful Ribeauvillé and came away with such wonderful memories.
