Mooi, proper hotel. Heerlijk buiten zitten om te eten. Lekker buffet, heerlijk eten in Le Bistro.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights, and unfortunately, the hotel is not up the 5* standard. There were issues with the reservation, in which I spent 2 nights in a room that was not the one reserved (downgrade, very old with A/C issues), and only after discussing it twice with the reception, a solution was found. I was then upgraded to a Suite, and although it was spacious and offering a good sea view, there was a lack of power plugs - not even one at the bathroom (the same on the other room), no plug next to the desk or bed, coffee machine with no place to plug,etc...Had to unplug TV or frigo bar to have one in the room! The cleaning was also deficient, specially the bathroom and on the furniture (grease from sun protectors? all the doors had hands all over). The rooms are not renovated, although offering a good TV.
The hotel facilities are good, as the breakfast and it is on a calm side of St. Julian's, so if you are looking for a good place to rest, this is a good place. The pools are also nice, as well the resort complex, including the restaurants. The bar also offers a good price relation, and live music, nevertheless it not well advertised.
In the end, there is quite space for improvement. Feedback also provided to the hotel itself.
