Really loved staying in Kayana, even though it was only 1 night. The room was great, service as well. Only thing that can be improved maybe is the TV, since it is not smart TV yet and the connection was not great.
Other that that, this was a very peaceful place to stay. Very recommended for honeymoon and couples.
Loved that it is also Muslim friendly with Islamic music played at the lobby and qiblat sticker in the room.
Khairul was our reception and he was super helpful. Definitely will come back again!

The resort and villas are excellent location is a little far from the main areas in lombok, but if you're after a quiet getaway in a lovely villa, this place is great
I will mention a little lack of information from the hotel regarding local things to do they are fairly new so I'm sure this will improve

Breakfast in the restaurant is fantastic. Superb pastries, a variety of eggs and yummy fresh fruit and juice. Nora, in the restaurant gave us wonderful service each morning. Dinner at night was equally as good and the cocktails were great????. The chef was fantastic and prepared delicious meals every day we were there. We also enjoyed the very relaxing massage in the spa. Many thanks to Astin, Nora, Rudi, Wayan, Awan, Harald and all the staff whose names we can't remember. You were all fantastic. The reception staff were all helpful and professional. All the gardeners and cleaning staff were also very friendly. We hope to return some day soon. Gayle and Andrew from Australia
