Excelente experiência com bastante enfoque no cliente. Foram feitos ajustes para ir de encontro às nossas expectativas ainda durante a estadia. As refeições são excelentes.

Pretty nice hotel, interesting concept.
Comfortable tent, very warm.
Welcome gift is very nice.
Still there are a lot of BUT…
Spa works only until 6 pm, which is really strange, because most of the guests return to the hotel about that time. And considering that the time of a check in is 16:00, you almost don’t have a chance to visit spa if you stay just for a day.
WiFi is fast, but very unstable.
Front window of a tent is extremely dirty and it spoils the whole impression.
Breakfast is very good, BUT only on weekends. On Monday we just have few small plates on table with a little choice.
