We would like to give thanks Ms. Davion, Ms. Kendra and Mr. Steve for making us feel like we were at home, really Loved the king suite it was very, very clean (shoutout to the house keeper) and all the help from front desk, looking forward to stay here again.

FRONT DESK WAS RUDE THE NEVER MENTIONED WHEN CHECKED IN THAT THEY ONLY CLEAN ROOMS AND REPLACE TOWELS ONCE EVERY 3 DAYS!!

I travel for work often and decided to give this hotel a try. Not a good decision at all. The greeting consisted of a cookie with the room key. Went upstairs to a filthy bathtub that at this point, couldn’t be cleaned it needs resurfacing. Instead of resurfacing it they placed a shower mat down. This is an older hotel and needs to be updated. Bed linens were not the best and barely tucked. The TV is outdated and is not a smart TV. The room felt damp. Went to the bar to find a stressed out waiter with an attitude who looked overworked. I didn’t even eat. Will not return here.

Room was good and most of the staff was very friendly except the lady that checked me in. She was very dry and rude.
