What a team there !!!!

We just celebrated my daughter’s birthday and my own at Cheval Blanc St. Barth, and once again, they managed to completely exceed our expectations. Honestly, there is no better place anywhere not just in St. Barts, but anywhere in the world whether we are on vacation or celebrating a special occasion.||We’ve been coming to Cheval Blanc for many years, and after everything they’ve already done for us, you would think there is no way to be surprised again. Yet, somehow, they always find a way to make each visit even more special than the last.||From the moment we arrive, every detail is handled with care and precision. Whether it’s room service, the beach service, La Case, La Cabane, or just relaxing, everything is always flawless. The front desk, butler team, and all top management go beyond what you’d expect even from the best hotels in the world.||The service throughout the hotel is unmatched. They remember your preferences, your likes and dislikes, anything we mentioned new about our likes it’s there permanently (just amazing). They take care of you in a way that feels personal, warm, and truly thoughtful. It doesn’t matter if you are staying at the hotel or just visiting for a meal they always make you feel like you are the only guest there.||La Case and La Cabane deserve a special mention. Both restaurants are outstanding, with food and service that truly stand out, even on an island full of great dining options. The beach service is just as impressive, relaxed, attentive, and always on point without ever feeling intrusive.||Cheval Blanc St. Barth is more than just a hotel. It’s a place that consistently redefines what hospitality should feel like. We are already looking forward to our next visit and to creating even more unforgettable memories.

I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience at La Cabane. Thomas at La Cabane truly transforms this spectacular location into a mind-blowing experience. It's clear that people don't just come for the food, but for the exceptional quality of the staff who perfectly complement the perfection of the place.

I especially want to highlight Benoit, the young French pastry chef. His talent is extraordinary; he truly has gold in his hands.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are great and it is on the best populated beach in St Barths. The main thing that differentiates all the St Barth's properties, including this one, is the incredible staff. The service is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough !

Our recent stay at Cheval Blanc St. Barth was, without a doubt, an out-of-this-world experience that exceeded every expectation! From the meticulous pre-planning to the bittersweet goodbyes this morning, the execution was flawless, and the attention to detail truly unmatched. My three sisters, my mom, and I felt incredibly cared for and special throughout our entire visit.

Every single moment was picture-perfect. The Mornings began with coffees delivered to the gym at 5:30am, exquisite breakfasts, and our poolside service, especially with Robinson, that was simply amazing. The team at Cheval Blanc went above and beyond, even collaborating with their pastry chef, Rudy Bucaioni, to create the most divine gluten, dairy and refined sugar free cake of our dreams to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that brought tears to our eyes.

We are so profoundly grateful to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. A special thank you to the following individuals who consistently went out of their way to ensure our comfort and happiness: Jeanne Sangoy, Auriane Changeur, Anne Legru, Robinson, Alexi, Rudy, Clara, Elija, Heylina, Romin and Sara. Each of you contributed to an experience we will cherish forever.

We truly cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise. Leaving felt like saying goodbye to dear friends, and there were definitely tears shed this morning. Thank you, Cheval Blanc, for an unbelievable and unforgettable stay.

Nous avons eu la chance de visiter le Cheval Blanc St-Barth, et ce fut une très belle découverte. Niché sur la magnifique plage de Flamands, l’hôtel incarne l’élégance à la française avec une touche caribéenne raffinée. Le service y est irréprochable, à la fois discret, chaleureux et très attentionné. Nous avons déjeuné à La Cabane, le restaurant pieds dans le sable de l’hôtel, dans un cadre idyllique face à l’océan. Le déjeuner était délicieux : une cuisine fraîche, simple et savoureuse, dans une ambiance chic et détendue. Une adresse d’exception qui allie luxe, authenticité et art de vivre, que nous recommandons vivement.

Nous sommes venus prendre un verre entre amis hier au Cheval Blanc, et nous avons passé un très bon moment !
Un grand merci à notre serveur, qui a été aux petits soins, très professionnel et d’une grande gentillesse.

Nous avons également goûté quelques desserts, notamment le flan à la vanille.
Esthétiquement, il était très joli, avec une crème onctueuse et bien parfumée. Seul petit bémol : la pâte feuilletée manquait un peu de cuisson et de croustillant.
Mais dans l’ensemble, c’était une belle découverte gourmande dans un cadre agréable.

The bungalow was perfect: spacious, with a beautiful terrace, excellent bedding, a wide variety of soft drinks. And to top it all, staff interaction was excellent. Our alchemist(Auriane) was always available with a smile and Thomas gave us the best breakfast experience! Also, Claire organized a perfect private beach experience for my wife’s birthday!

Best honeymoon ever! My wife and I had the most amazing time. The staff was exceptional and the entire atmosphere was A+! We are definitely looking forward to returning and enjoying this place of paradise again and again! I highly recommend if you are going to St. Barths that you go here!

Our stay offered some real highlights, including a stunning natural setting, scenic hikes to Colombier Beach, and generally very good food. The main pool area was clean, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like complimentary hats, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar. Wildlife like turtles, hermit crabs, lizards and iguanas added a unique charm when walking through the resort grounds.||However, we encountered a number of issues that significantly impacted our experience. The indoor accommodations lacked the same level of care. On the first night, we found dozens of bugs in our room - including ants on the bed sheets and towels, and a large spider in the bathroom. Mosquito bites kept us up, and we ended up having to stay up to clean just to make the room feel livable, which was far from the relaxing start we'd hoped for. Even after that, it was hard to feel at ease - every night brought new bugs, and the lingering stress and uncertainty about whether any might be harmful made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It felt like we were constantly on edge and scanning the room.||Maintenance and service also fell short of expectations. The bathroom sometimes lacked hot water, and the body wash dispenser didn't work. When we requested a replacement, we were given shampoo instead.. A request for a buckwheat pillow resulted in receiving a cork one. These mismatches left us felling frustrated and doubting the resort's attention to detail.||The private pool was another letdown, with dead bugs and bird feathers floating in it, making it feel unhygienic. Additionally, safety concerns arose: a slippery tub led to bruises, and a chair had exposed spikes that cut my finger.||I had high expectations based on the resort's brand, and while the location and food largely delivered, the poor room hygiene and repeated service missteps made it hard to fully relax or enjoy the experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with exceptional service! We celebrated our babymoon and Cheval Blanc made it extra special. The staff was polite and professional and extremely accommodating. We had a couple instances were service requests were forgotten/minor mistakes were made and the management went above and beyond to make up for it. They sent a gorgeous bouquet of flowers along with several other generous gestures and we very much appreciated their dedication and willingness to provide resolutions.

The private beach is beautiful and quiet, the food was fantastic, and level of detail was a true 5 star experience. We would absolutely go back and highly recommend Cheval Blanc!

Bright, light, full of wonderful colors and textures: our beach-side suite with plunge pool was magnificent! What a treat to wake up in a luxurious bed, sit up and see the ocean beach framed in sea grape vines. Uncluttered, the suite was highlighted by beautiful tiles, marbles and stunning heavy chrome bath fixtures—a delight to use! The large all-sand beach—with plenty of cushioned lounge chairs for all—never felt crowded and we were always attended to by helpful beach staff. The included breakfast in our suite offered an expansive selection—we will always remember our world-class omelettes!! After experiencing outings to the town and Eden Rock area, we were even more convinced that Cheval Blanc’s gorgeous, private garden property was the place to be in St. Barths. ||We were particularly impressed with our ever attentive butler team. They were always available and provided excellent guidance—checking in with us regularly to make sure all was going well. They were undaunted by any concern and worked quickly and thoroughly to assure issues were addressed “with pleasure”. Our afternoon pastry surprises, lovely fruit punch and evening vanilla rum were a real treat!!||It was a vacation like none other. Thank you to Cheval Blanc!!!

Installation, nourriture, infrastructure et qualité de service irréprochable. Une semaine de vacances qui constitue une vraie thérapie pour le bonheur, le plaisir et le plein d'énergie !||Le seul moment désagréable est lorsqu'on en repart... !

Love the beach as the room with the backyard. Porch was awesome. Only negative about the room is the bathroom is right on top of the bedroom/bed so very little privacy. There is a door but it’s slotted.

One of the best luxury hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly attentive, the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the amenities—from the beach service to the spa—were top-notch. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish.

One hestitates to leave a bad or mediocre review of a property where the hard product, overall, is good, and the brand equity around the world is associated with finesse (the Maldives CB is impossible to fault). But this needs to be said to help the hotel improve, in a hgihly competitive environment where other properties, like the Eden Rock and Hotel Barrière Le Carl Gustaf, are always at the top of their game. ||Once again, the experiece here was substandard. Lunch at La Case, the higher end restaurant than La Cabane, was truly horrendous. The service was slow and disengaged (are they all stagiares who just arrived for the end of the season, and why are so many crowding the valet station with the restaurant not properly covered?) One could be forgiving of service ineptitude if the food were something refined. It's unnecessary to rehearse every problematic detail, but highlighting the worst of the worst, the burgers were really dire... A small whiteish thin square of chewy and tasteless meat coupled with a square of processed cheese that were served cold, really shocked the senses. Even takeout joints on the island serve a better quality burger. And the whole experience was so beyond redemption that one didn't have the heart to complain.||It's as if the kitchen just didn't care what it sends out and there's no F&B management exercising quality control. Curiously, the previous night speaking to a couple from California in another St B restaurant, they said they were just at La Case and it was the worst dining experience they had had on the island and their only bad meal. Something is clearly wrong. This is no good for the marque of Cheval Blanc, for St Barts, and la gastronomie française. Please fix it! The setting and ambiance are just too nice to be spoiled by this degree of bad.

Everything from the friendly staff to the beautiful room, spa, and delicious dinner was incredible! One of the best hotels we have visited in the world!||Cheval Blanc St- Barths have mastered the art of hospitality. ||Highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to be back.

Absolutely loved my experience at this property. Stayed in a Garden view Villa which was extremely roomy, well- appointed with amenities, and had a lovely outdoor covered and exposed patio area that was private. ||||The staff go out of their way to make you feel valued and respected and will accommodate any whim or request you might have when possible. ||||Service at all of the restaurants was impeccable. Very nice selection at the breakfast buffet but The kitchen is pretty much equipped to handle any requests you might have for an à la carte menu. Food quality was great.||||Beach Area was Awesome: excellent service and selection for beverages and food. Outstanding view. Felt more exclusive and upscale than the other beaches we visited on the island (including Eden rock.) ||||Concierge staff were great to work with and extremely helpful when planning itinerary before our arrival. Once on the property they were always available and ready to help.||||This property is The epitome of a high end tropical paradise-Not sure what else you could ask for.

Dined at the beach restaurant with feet in the sand. Some of the best views on the island. Every aspect of the property is luxurious including a mens and womens boutique. Poke bowl with tuna sashimi was delicious! You can also get beach chairs when available.

Nous avons passer la journée en plage sans dormir à l’hôtel, L’accueil était chaleureux, nos voisins de st Barthelemy nous on reçu comme des ViP. La plage était très belles et le service en plage était top. Le restaurant était bon surtout le chariot à dessert . Hâte d’y retourner prochainement .

Beautiful property

If you are deciding where to stay in St Barths, look no further. I promise you that Cheval Blanc is simply incredible. The service is by the staff and how they operate is top... I actually don't know what else they could think of to make it any better. On another note the layout and scenery... I am a landscape architect, so I am always looking at that kind of stuff. the whole place is designed around a raised IPE floating deck/walkway system COMPLETELY enveloped in lush tropical vegetation... just even walking around is enjoyable. The beach is awesome, the servers on the beach are just the greatest dudes. The view of the mountains in the distance gorgeous. The food ridiculous. The spa is perfection. The location on the island, 10 minute drive from everything it seems (although when driving around St Barths you don't really care how long it takes cause it's so beautiful). This resort made it truly hard to go home. Any review on here lower than 5 stars just disregard, that is laughable.
