This is an affordable apartment+hotel with out major compromise ,Ideal option for those who want to stay longer and explore surrounding attractions including Luzern ( 200 km away ???? if it’s ok to drive ) . Cooking is possible , Staff available in reception almost all time. Very good apartment with cleanliness, quiet and family friendly. Indoor parking is available for a minimal charge . Train station, Some restaurants and cinema hall is there within 300 meters .
Cons-Nothing Major.
In the name of sustainability, cleaning only done 5 days once . We should request to refill the mandatory things like body wash ???? if you are in middle of your path and noticed that the body/hair is finished then it’s your problem. Simple things like kitchen tissue is missing , you should bring it
Un vrai bémol sur le service et personnel de cuisine pour le petit déjeuner. C'est vraiment dommage.....

Le coin kitchenette est très pratique (deux plaques électriques, Micro ondes, cafetière, bouilloire et tout le nécessaire de base pour cuisiner et manger). Petits plats préparés proposés à l accueil qualitatifs. Trois poubelles dans l espace cuisine sont là pour le tri et le compost !
Bonne adresse rapport qualité prix.
Le coin cuisine est fonctionnel, le logement est propre et bien équipé.
The breakfast room was spacious, and the buffet offered a typical selection for the region, including eggs, bacon, cereal, bread, cheese, and ham—plenty to start the day.
Our room was surprisingly large, more like an apartment, complete with a kitchenette, microwave, fridge, silverware, and all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay.
However, this is very much a self-service hotel. Don’t expect much assistance from the staff, as they were not particularly helpful. Additionally, they didn’t speak English or Spanish. While I understand they aren’t required to, given that this is a popular tourist destination, having English-speaking staff would be a major plus. We also didn’t see any staff members during breakfast, reinforcing the lack of customer service.
Overall, the hotel itself was good, with a great location and well-equipped rooms, but the poor customer service was a downside. If you’re comfortable with a more independent stay, this could be a great option.
Réservation faites par téléphone et disent qu’il y’a le petit déj et le parking compris avec la chambre dans le tarif (121€), MAIS dans le mail de confirmation de la réservation aucun détail n’est fourni. Donc arrivée sur place pensant payé 121€, la réceptionniste nous dis que le petit déj c’est 13.90€ par personne et par jour en plus des 121€ et le parking 10€ de plus par jour.
Je dis donc à la réceptionniste que lorsque la réservation avait était effectué normalement le parking et le petit déj était compris, la réceptionniste me dis que nous avons aucune preuve.
Donc faites bien attention à ce qu’il vous disent aux téléphones.
L'emplacement est top accès autoroute et arrêt tram juste au pied de l'hôtel.
N'hésitez surtout pas !
