We visited Olivier at his gorgeous family farm as part of a tour from a river cruise and on all counts it was excellent. Such a wealth of information, Olivier shared the story of the genesis of the farm to where it is today. Over wine, truffle oil on fresh organic bread and truffled frozen chocolate mousse (oh my!) he spoke about truffle farming, how it all works and his commitment to organic practices. Interesting to learn that the French supplement their truffle supply on the off season with Australian truffles - and that French truffles can fetch up to €3000 per kilo! His furry sidekick with the nose that knows is Maestro, who Olivier has trained himself to detect truffles. Maestro is very friendly, but when he scents a truffle he is all business. If you have the opportunity for a facility tour and information session snap it up as it was well worth it. Thanks Olivier and Maestro!

We visited this place and it was great.
Olivier is a very nice guy and he explaned everything about the Trüffel. His new dog found 4-5 Trüffels. At the end we tastes some chocolade mouse with Trüffels and a glas of good white wine. I recommend this place.

Here with a Viking Cruise excursion. The first stop was a goat farm that produces cheese. Underwhelming, to say the least. BUT, this experience was awesome! Learning about truffles was great and the food that Oliver prepares himself was incredible. Authentic French country food that was best I have ever tasted. Did not want to leave!!!!

Fantastic! The food was wonderful. The highlight was meeting Maestro, The Truffle Hunter. A beautifully friendly dog and expert truffle hunter.

We stopped here on a Viking River Cruise excursion. Oliver is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about his farm, and Maestro is an excellent companion and truffle farmer. The food and wine were amazing.
