Myself and a family member took a daycation to stay here since we were able to get a good rate on a room. We received a complimentary upgrade to the seventh floor, which allowed for Royal Club access which included complimentary food and drinks, including limited alcohol selections. The resort itself is very clean and luxurious with easy access to many various activities, including a large pool, a game room, many restaurants, and small on-site shopping opportunities among other things. The staff were all very polite and friendly and the express passes for Universal and Islands of Adventure are always a plus! I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

I loved that there was a sauna but it didn’t get very hot because there is a big crack in the top of the door. I wish there were fans in the bathrooms because I have stinky kids. I love that early park access and express passes for the 5 of us for our two queen room.

10 minute walk to universal was nice. Breakfast included would have been amazing but not offered.

What a vacation! Amazing start to finish with the exception on one individual that doesn't belong working in a restaurant to guide and help paying customers enjoys the experience... don't go to the Mexican restaurant... other than that the people, the excitement, the rides.. AMAZING.. as it should be for the price.. lol.. it is a must experience for all families and friends!!! Highly recommended from our family to yours!!
