CORAL AZUR BEACH RESORT

Une volonté de bien faire après un changement de directeur. Sur 23 jours de séjour nous avons vu l'évolution positive et certaine. Manque de régularité dans la prestation fournie. La rénovation engagée est plus que nécessaire.

Everything is very excellent.. Jennifer(kajol) attend us very nicely.. Food is also great.. They littraly take care of our smallest things.. Liked this resort very much ❤️

This was one of the best resorts I have stayed so far inside and outside our country. Under one single roof you will get everything. Once you are in, you do not need to go anywhere. The resort is full of entertainment and engagement for all age groups people. Not for a single moment you will get bored here. All departments work in flawlessly manner.

1. Guest Relations Officer --> The Guest Relation Officer, is amazing person. She takes care of her guests in a wonderful manner. She is very courteous and polite. She goes extra mile to give comfort and trouble free stay at the property. Thank you!

2. Restaurant --> The restaurant has a great ambiance and good food. However, for an Indian vegetarian, they need to plan well and offer good food. However, on request basis it was prepared and served. The Guest Service Manger (in restaurant) is a terrific man. He understands the guests requirements and needs well and serves accordingly. He was quite friendly.

3. Mini Club --> This was simply an amazing and unique concept in itself. I have seen this kind of arrangement at other places as well but they have it just for the name sake. On a contrary at Coral Azur, it was a very proactive arrangement. Their staffs proactively came and meet the guests to brief about the day program. They do it on a daily basis and make aware of such program to everyone. They take very good care of the kids with variety of engagements like crafting, coloring, quizzing, card game, outdoor engagements like beach walk, beach play, swings etc. Along with these things they also engage the kids with singing and dancing. They have a very good team of girls at Mini club. These girls were simply terrific. Some of them were good singers and dancers too.

4. Pool --> They have a very nice pool beachside inside the resort. You dont even need to go to any other beach in Mauritius.

5. Water Sports --> They have the complimentary water sports and activity/adventure for their guests like paddle boating, kayaking, glass bottom boating. We thoroughly enjoyed these activities with their instructors. They also engage their guests with aqua gym. Very nice it was.

6. Entertainment --> Every night they organize some entertainment program in house for their guests. Theme for everyday is different. The talented staffs anchor such well designed program. They engage all of their guests throughout this program. Guests also perform with them. It was really a very nice experience.

7. Other Facilities --> They have plenty of other facilities including pool game, souvenirs shop, gym, lush green park, kids play ground, Bar counter, exhibition and all. one can keep on exploring and get more and more.

Overall it was very nice stay and interacting with other guests and staffs over there. We became like one family with all of their guests from different countries. We wish all the very best and hope to visit soon to repeat the mesmerizing experience.

Fantastyczny hotel, bardzo dobry stosunek jakość/cena. Obsługa na 5, urozmaicone posiłki. Przyjemny basen, widoki, duzo ptaków. Blisko do knajp, plaża przy hotelu nie jest super ale wystarczy 15 min spacer do Trou aux biches czy Mont Choissy. Pokoje proste, ale łazienki nowe, poziom czystości bardzo wysoki. 3 km do supermarketu. Uwaga na Taxi: ceny przed hotelem są za wysokie, warto pójść kawałek dalej wtedy złapie się lepsza taryfa.
