The hotel manage management reacted to the initial negative post the same afternoon about the state of the room. They moved us to another room. This is a much beter room and they went out of their way to take the comments on board.
I still do feel that the hotel need to be transparant on the website, stating that they are still in the process of renovating rooms.
The staff is great and go out of their way for any request.
The food was really good last night. 4*
Initially I posted photos of the room that was sub standard but will take them down to give Coral Azure a fair chance in marketing the hotel.
I will also follow up to make sure they are transparent with marketing information. If not the photo of the old rooms and previous comments will be back.
Give credit where it's due, the staff is friendly and the see view is spectacular with great food.

Well. I do not know where to start. The people at the reception are welcoming for the first time and after the service is seriously poor. Please make sure you record your conversation at the reception as what they tell you is a lie. The room is disgusting moulds everywhere. Restaurant is very very poor from breakfast to dinner the same thing every day. Me and families wasted 4 night at the hotel. Went out for dinner every day. Please avoid if possible as I said record all your conversation as this will assist you in your stay. Seriously bad hotel.

Thank you for giving us some of your time in sharing your impression on your stay at Coral Azur Beach Resort.
We are deeply sorry to read that some areas did not satisfy your expectations.
In regards to rooms, apart from the fact that we do not get such comments for our guests, we are glad to inform that the hotel is under renovation therefore happy to welcome you next stay in one of our Signature Rooms, garden or sea view.
The Breakfast buffet proposed is over a 3*Plus hotel Standard and as mostly hotel do is same proposal as offering such a variety of products being a Full American Breakfast.
Dinner wise all our guests are happy with different themes buffets, and thanks to this rotation, our guests can experience every day a different proposal by our Chefs.
In regards to the recording we don’t understand as mainly readers will as not a proper attitude nowadays.
Looking forward to welcoming you again at Coral Azur Beach Resort we remain at disposal.

I’d like to thank to all members of Coral Azur team. We had the most beautiful wedding in this hotel. They cared about all our wishes and prepared delicious meals for us and our guests. We enjoyed are wedding and vacation in this hotel very much.
Pros.
Super nice view over trou aux biches and Mon Choicy lagoon.
Great vibe
Well stocked bar with coffee station
Good WiFi throughout
Staff are really friendly
Our buffet last night was really good. Breakfast was awesome as omelettes and eggs were made to order. Some establishments these days try to cut corners with this, se we were happy to get it freshly made here.
Cons.
A bit dated but renovations slowly in progress.
A bit of road noise and could look at ways to soundproof a bit
Beach area rocky and small but you can take a stroll to Mon choisy or trou aux biches from here.
