Prima cosa, prenotato con nessuna possibilità di cancellazione gratuita e appena ci confermano la camera arriva un messaggio dicendo che ci sono dei lavori in corso che possono disturbare la tranquillità. Quindi a quel punto o lo sai prima o non puoi più cancellare la prenotazione. Parcheggio sotto lavori e difficile trovare un posto libero.
Spa non vicino alla nostra camera e quindi abbiamo dovuto usufruire del camerino misto senza doccia al suo interno. Ingresso in Spa gestito da nessuno.
Sia a cena che a colazione non ci hanno fatto accomodare nella sala comune (molto bella) con candele e servizio impeccabile ma in una sala più piccola e messa male. Crepe al muro e nel frattempo cameriere che sistemavano la biancheria dentro questa sala in cui noi cenavamo. Neanche il cestino del pane abbiamo ricevuto. Sembrava di stare in due hotel separati, figli e figliastri.
The hotel and the service are very good, the breakfast is very very nice, lots of local stuff.
Room cleaning staff on the day of our departure, they wanted to throw us out of the room , asking when we would leave a few times(the time was 7:30 in the morning ) and check OUT is till 10:30!!!

it's absurd to enter hotel guests' rooms when they are still in the room, someone from the staff came in without even knocking on the door?!
When my husband reported the situation to the hotel manager , the hotel manager got offended and stopped taking us seriously - shows us how offended he is by the complaint!

-the floor in the room was very dirty, toilet bowl dirty.
-the service at breakfast was very friendly and nice+++
