自1610年起，葡萄就在布朗克家族的葡萄园中绽放。在基恩茨海姆（Kientzheim），保罗-布兰克（Paul Blanck）葡萄园是一个名副其实的机构：24 公顷葡萄园，5 个特级葡萄园，5 个葡萄园，每年生产 12 万桶葡萄酒。在这里，一切都以尊重生命为本，不加雕琢。因此，我们酿造出了一些特级佳酿，如 2020 年贵族谷物精选琼瑶浆（Gewurztraminer Sélection Grains Nobles 2020）。这瓶琼浆玉液的口感与众不同，让人回味无穷。

Excellent wine tasting with a variety of bottles and grapes. Allowed our small dog to join us. We ended up buying 6 bottles.

My partner and I recently visited the area from Canada and Domaine Paul Blanck was the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we returned the next day. For both visits, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and generous. The wine was absolutely incredible. Next time, we'll need to bring an empty suitcase with us to fill with bottles to take back home :)

HPから事前予約をし、有料試飲の25€のコースを頼んだところ(グランドクリュが飲めるもの)16種類の飲み比べになりました。
フレンドリーな説明で、優しい担当者。
いろいろ買ってしまいました。
ありがとう！

予約をしていなくても、中に入って聞いてみたら試飲させてもらえる、説明を受けることができるかもしれないので(そんな感じの方もいらっしゃいました。)近くに来られた際には是非聞いてみてください。

ほんとに英語okなのはありがたい。

Very friendly and nice host, spoke perfect english, we felt really appreciated and he answered all our questions about wine and winery. Loved the experience! One of the best we have visited in the region. Winery itself very old with long history of winemakers so definitely worth visiting!!!
