Bien situé permettant de faire une jolie tour du village à pied. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir accès à nos chambres plus tôt. Néanmoins, aucune information n'a été communiquée concernant le WiFi (mauvaise connexion, pas souvent disponible) et l'ordure des égouts dans les chambres (salle de bains chambre 28, chambre et sdb chambre 28)). En partant, il semble qu'ils étaient en train de réglé le problème de Wifi

Rude old lady with an unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude working the afternoon shift. Rooms are small and bed is hard and very uncomfortable. Really unsympathetic cancellation policy as well - we relocated to a much more comfortable Airbnb after one night and could not get our money back even partially for the remaining two nights. They would not even give us the courtesy of having at least the one time cheap and meager breakfast thrown in to compensate. Very unfriendly - don’t stay here; apartment rentals in this area are much more comfortable.

Très bel hôtel, magiquement décoré en période de fêtes, accueil agréable et sympathique par le personnel (notons aussi le très bon vin chaud).
Les chambres sont belles et confortables.
Rien à redire sur notre séjour, nous sommes très satisfaits.

On réserve une chambre site de luxe. On cherche encore en quoi elle est plus luxueuse qu’une autre. |Elle est même moins typique qu’une classique que nous avions pris par le passé. |Le lieu reste néanmoins superbe. Cette bâtisse respecte l’ancienne abbaye.

This hotel has a lot going for it. Kientzheim is a jewel in Alsace; it has excellent parking; breakfast is good with lovely teas; rooms are spacious; the building has history and much character. It is we felt very good value for money. We enjoyed being back in Kientzheim for two nights.||You should not worry about the absence of evening dining because the village has two very good restaurants - but book ahead as they are usually very busy. There is no lift.||It would get 5* from me apart from the quality of the welcome and the absence of hot water. When I called reception to ask in French when there was hot water I got a rather haughty “toujours les temps” reply. Going down 30 minutes later was better as in English I could shortly say there was no progress and no doubt by then they accepted there was an issue. I was told a plumber was coming. Too late for shower or shave that night, the hot water was restored. There was an apology. Strangely on our second evening the cold water would only run tepid!!||I’m sure they will sort this and we would happily return.

Hôtel l'Abbaye d'Alspach to idealnie usytuowany hotel, w samym centrum spokojnej miejscowości Kientzheim. Pokoje, choć w stylu klasycznym, są dobrze utrzymane, czyste i codziennie sprzątane. Dużym atutem jest także przestronny parking. Obsługa recepcji zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – panie są niesamowicie miłe i pomocne, co sprawia, że pobyt tutaj staje się wyjątkowo przyjemny. Okolica jest cicha, co gwarantuje spokojny wypoczynek. Dodatkowo, hotel jest dogodnie położony blisko urokliwych miejscowości takich jak Colmar, Kaysersberg i Ribeauvillé. Z przyjemnością wrócę do tego miejsca w przyszłości

Väldigt mysigt hotell inrymt i ett gammalt korsvirkeshus. Mycket trevlig miljö med flera hus och möjligt att sitta ute i trädgården. Fräscht och bra skick. Finns luftkonditionering. En mysig liten by att gå runt i omgivningen en av kullar med vinfält.

Wer ein ruhiges Hotel mit sehr netten Menschen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Unser Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage, Balkon und einen tollen Blick über die Weinberge. Nach Kaysersberg kann man entspannt laufen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
