We happened upon this treasure of a restaurant after a multi-day hike in the Dolomites. The food is decidedly of the region, with most produce and meats sourced locally, but also fresher, layered, and creative. The house made pasta was the best we've had in this corner of Italy, the 36-hour pork was out of this world, and the seasonal soup was an explosion of flavors. They have a great wine list, too. It's an excellent value and the dining room was one of the most memorable spaces of our trip. I can't recommend a meal here enough!
