Twelve Senses is a true hidden gem. The attention to detail is amazing, from the complimentary Prosecco and home made cookies to the sustainable room elements and boutique design touches. The roof deck is lovely and fantastic breakfast is a wonderful addition to the stay. Best of all is the friendly owner Anke and her friend Meaghan who felt like long lost friends despite meeting them for the first time. All in all an awesome retreat to relax and recharge.

Nice roof deck and comfortable room. Unfortunately not possible to sleep in because of the noise from people coming and going next to my room. It’s a remodeled residence and it feels like it - feels a tad too small and awkward to function as a hotel; no one properly greets you when you arrive. Nice homemade breakfast included and some nice personal touches in the room. I enjoyed my stay but did not feel like it was a good value.

We had the most lovely stay for our babymoon this past weekend. The whole set up and design is so relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast each morning was delicious and it was the best latte I’ve ever had! Anke, the owner, is kind, attentive and made us feel right at home. This is a special place. We will absolutely be back.

What a beautiful place to stay. I found it very peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I needed. The breakfasts each morning were so good and I loved the various options. There are so many unique and thoughtful touches included in the room. You can tell that a lot of care and intention went into curating the perfect combination of amenities. Everyone helping out was incredibly friendly and willing to do extra if needed to make my stay wonderful. I highly recommend and would love to return.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was perfect. The room was spacious and our host was so thoughtful in making our stay and experience as good as it could be. The breakfast was also great (Turkish eggs) and we loved the elemental theme of the place and of our fire room. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet getaway!
