When we were there, it was extremely windy in the north so we were lucky to stay at this beachfront hotel and had some great time in the south. The garden view room is not luxurious but clean and comfortable, even has partial ocean view, much better than what we expected based on other reviews. The staffs were very friendly, helped us storage luggage, borrow towels on the check out day. Overall we have a great stay and would recommend.

Rooms - the original room given had a bathroom door that made a loud noise constantly. Also felt very small. When switched to a different room that was supposed to be the same type of room we noticed that the other room was much bigger. Primarily due to the fact that there was less space allocated to toilet and shower. Do not stay in 407. Will note that the upgraded room we got the last night was very nice.
Service - a week before our reservation the hotel sent us an email to bid for an upgrade and if we won the bid then we would get an upgrade. We put in a bid and the day before the reservation the email states we won the bid and will be in the upgraded suite. We arrive and no one knows what i am talking about they said there was a miscommunication between the reservation dept and the hotel so we didnt get the room luckily they didnt charge me so didnt have to request a refund. But we ended up in that 407 room. Terrible room I thought i was in an nyc hotel room iykyk.
Location - Hotel was nice but its a bit like isolated compared to others but its a nice hotel. Beach bar food was not good and menu needs to be improved. Got a ham sandwich. Figured if that came out ok I will get more. I got a sandwich with a slice of mayo and an abundance of mayo. Was like a sandwich id get on a flight.

Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα έως τώρα σε διαμονή.Το δωματιο δεν άξιζε τα χρήματα που πληρώσαμε.Στο (πολύ μικρο) μπάνιο υπήρχαν παντού μυρμήγκια κ το καζανάκι έτρεχε συνεχώς.Κ το καλύτερο από όλα είναι το ότι μας <<έλειψαν>> χρήματα από το δωματιο αλλα η υπεύθυνη του δωματίου μας δεν μπορούσε να κάνει κάτι γι αυτό γιατί όπως η ίδια είπε το χρηματοκιβώτιο είναι για τα προσωπικά μας αντικείμενα!!!Χειριστη αντιμετώπιση χωρίς κανένα σεβασμό στον πελάτη.

This is such a beautiful resort! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The welcome was well planned and covered everything we needed. The rooms are stunning and very luxurious. In my opinion you don’t need to go for the private pool as the beach and sea is right there and is so beautiful. The restaurant and the bar was amazing and food was reasonably priced. Overall I would recommend this resort to anyone who is wanting a quiet and very relaxing resort to stay.
Tips: please don’t take these as negatives but just things to be aware of. The resort is on the opposite side of the main port therefor there is no convenience store or anything around except 3 restaurants. I would stick to the resort as it’s the best. If you want to explore I suggest getting a ATV or car which you can rent through the hotel. The resort does offer transport but it’s 40€ each way even if there is other guests traveling with you in the van. Also if you want to secure a beach cabana for the day I’d suggest you get up early and out your towel down as it’s also open to the public.
