My reason for giving 4* instead of 5* is that the food offering and service wasn't great. There weren't enough tables for breakfast, and when there was, they weren't cleaned from the last user. Unfortunately, this is not 5* service. I'd expect to have a table available, and if there aren't enough tables for guests booked to stay, put a booking system in place. There was always a queue to get juice or coffee. From other 5* resorts that I have stayed at, they seemed to all offer table service. Sun Gardens, however, was self-service. Also, beware that this is out of town (in a beautiful location on the coast), so taxis will be needed to ferry you into the action and back (20 minute drive).
Other than this though, it's a lovely hotel and we enjoyed my partner's 30th birthday.
