RELAIS IL GIARDINO DELLA PIEVE ^{* * *}

Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista, colazione con i loro prodotti naturali, si dorme in tutta tranquillità comodo a molti centri vicini.

Altamente sconsigliato!

Ho chiamato per dire che ero in ritardo per il check in, sono stato trattato malissimo, che gente grezza e maleducata!

Estive alojada no espaço 3 noites em 04-10-2023. Espaço muito agradável e reconfortante com decoração bonita, ambiente com cheirinho agradável e música ambiente relaxante. Quarto com WC privativo e também agradável. A minha avaliação baixa é devida a um atraso que tive no check-in de 1 hora, atraso que se deveu ao aluguer de viatura no aeroporto de Bolonha e quando cheguei ao espaço eram 21h, liguei para o nº que estava exposto no exterior e fiquei incrédula quando me disseram que não me íam abrir a porta, fiquei de rastos, ainda estou a ouvir a dona a dizer " This is not my problem, it´s your problem". Estava com a minha filha e prestes a ficar na rua num local onde não havia mais nada próximo, pensei, será que tenho que dormir no carro depois de mais de 16 horas de viagem nesse dia. A senhora disse que teria que pagar 50€ pelo atraso e assim tive que o fazer para poder descansar nessa noite pois não tinha mais nada próximo. Passado cerca de 10 minutos apareceu o marido e lá se fez o check-in com o respetivo pagamento de 50€ pelo atraso de 1 HORA.
Nunca cheguei a ver a senhora pois iria dizer-lhe que era mal educada, prepotente e sem escrúpulos na atitude que teve.

I stayed in the space for 3 nights on 10/04/2023. Very pleasant and comforting space with beautiful decoration, pleasant smelling environment and relaxing ambient music. Room with private bathroom and also pleasant. My low rating is due to a 1 hour delay in check-in, a delay that was due to car rental at Bologna airport and when I arrived at the space it was 9pm, I called the number that was displayed outside and was I was in disbelief when they told me that they weren't going to open the door for me, I was devastated, I can still hear the owner saying "This is not my problem, it´s your problem". I was with my daughter and about to be on the street in a place where there was nothing else nearby, I thought, do I have to sleep in the car after traveling for more than 16 hours that day? The lady said that I would have to pay €50 for the delay and so I had to do so to be able to rest that night as there was nothing else nearby. After about 10 minutes the husband appeared and checked in with the respective payment of €50 for the 1 HOUR delay.
I never got to see the lady because I would tell her that she was rude, arrogant and unscrupulous in her attitude.

L’endroit le plus charmant auquel j’ai séjourné pendant mon voyage en Italie bien que le moins dispendieux! De plus le petit déjeuner est incroyable !!

Super smještaj. Uredno, čisto, mirno! Tipično imanje za ovaj dio Italije. Prekrasan vrt sa bazeom i travnjakom i mnogo svjetla navečer za prekrasan ugođaj. Super doručak. Udobni kreveti i jastuci!
Cijela kuća miriše raznim ugodnim mirisima koje domaćini proizvode (mirisni štapići, eterična ulja, šamponi itd.).
Topla preporuka svakome.
