Soy una clienta habitual y eh pedido peticiónes y ninguna vez se ha cumplido cada vez que reservo una noche es mucho más cara y las recepcionista de la mañana las señoras muy antipáticas y justamente hoy me han querido cobrar de la tarjeta 100€ sin mi permiso y sin motivo alguno estoy demasiado descontenta ya que soy yo la que paga.

Quiero dar una observación reciente,sin tener en cuenta mis estancias anteriores,
Fui directamente a la recepción a reservar y me dijo el chico que sin tarjeta de crédito no podía alojarme en el hotel
Yo soy clienta habitual desde hace años y a esa persona jamás la había visto,en la recepción,y jamás me habían pedido una targeta de crédito para alojarme
No me gustó el modo discriminatorio que utilizó para atenderme
Así que
Todo lo que tenía ganado este hotel conmigo lo ha perdido en una noche

Es un hotel grande, muchas habitaciones por planta pero tranquilo.
La habitación era completa y cómoda. El baño estaba muy limpio y era grande.
A nivel general estuvimos bien en el hotel pero en la reserva pedimos explícitamente una cama de matrimonio y nos pusieron 2 individuales. Cuando fuimos a pedir el cambio nos dijeron que no habían habitaciones con una cama pero en la reserva nunca nos dijeron que no.

Personal muy agradable. Cómodo, limpio y bien comunicado.

Hotel tranquilo antes de llegar a Sabadell. Perfecto para coger los trenes para ir a Barcelona y ahorrarte los hoteles mas caros en Barcelona.
Hotel con habitaciones grandes y camadas cómodas y buena limpieza
Del desayuno no comento porque no desayunamos allí, solo sé que costaba 10'50€

Très agréable, bel appartement spacieux propre calme. À moins de 10min à pied de la gare de Sabadell sud puis 30min de la place Catalogne.

Llevo varias veces hospedándome en este Hotel y salgo siempre encantado.
Habitaciones grandes y cómodas; un trato perfecto y todo muy limpio
Seguro que en cuando lo necesite, volveré.

We have booked the Junior Suite Double which was advertised with a kitchen.

short summary:
- poor kitchen equipment (impossible to cook as no pans and no equipment)
- the service could be better
- cleaning service could be better (bathroom, dust under the bed)
- no windows to open, only AC
- netflix button on the tv remote, but it's not working

The apartment was fine with a big kitchen. They provide a small bag with detergent, 2 dishwasher tabs, and a small cloth. BUT no equipment to cook, no salt, just nothing. Not even one pan. No dish towel.

I went to the reception to ask for equipment. The receptionist told me she will inform her colleague and they will bring it to our room. Nothing happened, the next day I went to the reception again, then the receptionist told me this apartment is not for using the kitchen. I told her why are you advertising and providing a kitchen, when we cannot use it? She said we had to change the room if we want to cook, but she will clarify. And we had to pay a deposit of €40, I told her this is not a problem, we are happy to pay it. A few minutes later the cleaning woman came to bring us one (!) pan! After asking she was able to give me two. I went to the reception again to ask for cutlery (they provide 2 knifes, 2 spoons, 2 forks), for a cooking spoon and a dishtowel. She told me she will arrange, but of course we never received anything.

Then I gave up. As we came for a training camp it was important for us to cook. If we knew, we would not have booked this apartment.

Un hotel funcional en Sabadell. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias.
Servicio algo mal educado, pareciendo que molestabas, sobre todo en la recepción.
Precio algo excesivo.

Todo muy bien. Agradecida de el estacionamiento temporal en la puerta para poder cargar y descargar tranquilamente.
Luego el hotel se ve nuevo, limpio y huele muy bien.
El apartamento está perfecto, es cómodo, amplio, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario.
Muy contenta también con la oferta al comprar con la web directa del hotel.

Es un hotel raro siempre hay gente rara sospechosa pero el hotel bien no tienen comedor ni nada
