Gràcies Lourdes i Alfred per haver creat aquest projecte. Càlids i propers en el tracte i oferint lo millor en productes de proximitat de l’Empordà: m’han encantat els ous de gallina feliç, el Iogurt de la Bisbal, els llevataps… i sobretot vosaltres i el Caldarium, el millor relax després del meu dia de ciclisme!

We had an amazing time here with our baby. The hotel owners were extremely friendly and helped us a lot with recommendations, parking, etc. The small pool is reserved for each room for an hour per day, which we found super relaxing (also, when there was no reservation after us, we could stay even longer). The breakfasts were delicious and there is a small honesty bar in the lounge. We did not find the rooms noisy as some reviews mentioned, but then the location is very central - probably something you want to consider if you wish a very quiet room. The hotel is very well designed, comfortable and you can tell that the owners thought a lot about sustainability. If we come back to this region, we definitely stay in Hotel Can Mascort again!

Hotel fantàstic! La Lourdes i l'Alfred han cuidat tots els detalls fent-lo acollidor i molt especial.
Els esmorzars un plaer, el caldàrium un luxe. Pau i senzillesa en cada racó.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana increíble en este encantador hotel situado en el corazón de Palafrugell donde se respira tranquilidad y paz, Lourdes a sido un amor ayudandonos en todo , el desayuno ha sido brutal . Volveremos seguro.

He pres un cafè amb llet i un tap i estave boníssim. Ho he vist passejant per Palafrugell i m'ha enamorat l'entrada... una botica antiga amb tot el seu encant. Hauren de tirnar per gaudir de les habitacions....

In general the hotel is nice. It has great features such as the vaulted staircase and floors - typical of Catalonia. The hosts are friendly and helpful when it comes to good restaurant recommendations. The breakfast is great and healthy. The downside for me is the noise generated by the plant room at roof level. In our case, our room was on the last floor, underneath the plant room and it was not possible to have a good sleep. When you are on vacation you want to relax and be able to sleep!. I had to buy ear plugs, to get some sleep. On our arrival the host did not explain us that we have to pay extra for the spa pool, so I was surprised when we were charged for this considering there was no sauna and steam room, but rather a small pool. The hotel is nice as I said before, however I do not think it is value for money when you consider the additional costs and the noise.

Hotelet al centre de Palafurgell molt ben ubicat. Familiar i acollidor, amb un espai molt agradable. L’habitació tenia una mida correcta però li faltava un pel de caliu (decoració suposo). El bany també bona mida però la dutxa no estava molt ben colocada, ja que sortida l’aigua cap a fora. L’esmorzar molt bo i diferent (és un menú, no bufet), però tot estava molt bo.

Amazingly renovated building, with beautiful old features and rooms. The owners helped with good knowledge and reccomendations of the area.
However, I would not recommend for a family, as it was let down by the not very well thought out system of a family room, which is two double Rooms connected by a private corridor. The individual room doors had to be kept open with stoppers, otherwise they locked. One bathroom did not have a blind, but that was quickly rectified.
Breakfast was nice but very limited and repetitive after one night, the owners did try to accommodate our requests. It was a shame that the honesty bar was already locked when we came down just before 10pm.

Top hotel experience, the incredible amount of work that the people looking after it put in every single day shows at every turn, the attention to details, the beauty and comfort of the rooms, the taste and richness of the breakfast, everything is excellent and makes you feel spoiled! The place ticks all the boxes: quiet, clean, comfortable, centrally located, a lot of value for the money paid. A big thank you to the gracious and knowledgeable hosts, who are true ambassadors of the Costa Brava region, and make sure that their guests have an authentic experience (local architecture, regional and seasonal ingredients, sustainable products)!

Hotel ideal para relajarse, todo cuidado hasta el último detalle tanto en zonas comunes como en habitaciones, en el ambiente se respira pura calma. Obligada la visita a su caldarium y saborear sus ecodesayunos. Lourdes y Alfred, propietarios del lugar, atentos y serviciales desde el primer momento.
Importante para los que tengan mascota, es un hotel pet friendly.
