Amazing villa with amazing concierge service! Our group was so well taken care of. Our concierge scheduled all our vans and a pizza night where a chef came and made fresh pizzas that were incredible. We will definitely come back with this company

Sergio and the whole Feeling Italy team were great - always responsive and helpful, they made our experience on the Amalfi Coast truly wonderful. They even arranged for us a boat ride in Capri, which was the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. They expected our family to stay in beds that were infested by ants. They resolved the problem by changing the linens, but as you know, this does not resolve the issue. DO NOT stay in a property managed by this company unless you are ok with sleeping with bugs on your vacation. Also, the “AC” units were not working. Our children were asked to sleep in beds with AC units that were not working in the middle of July. They brought us croissants in the morning thinking this would resolve the issue. They continued to ignore our requests to help or work on the issue. Our expectations were not met, trust was lost, which resulted in a less than ideal vacation. Italy is amazing. This company is not. I warn against ever staying in any property managed by this company. You will be unhappy. Italy will lose its luster. Your family experience will be ruined… and they genuinely don’t care. Buyer be warned! I have videos if you’re interested. They are scary.

I can it say enough about the team at FeelingItaly, they made our stay at Villa La Luce absolutely magical. Marta was amazing in helping book taxis or restaurant reservations, and Anna for making a truly amazing birthday dinner. A big thank you to both of you. There was eight of is total, and there was plenty of space for everyone and the en-suite lavatory was just perfect. Found walking into town very convenient and an easy walk. Cannot wait to contact the team again for another amazing holiday.

Amazing company. I love them and our host, Gianluca Girolamo, acted as our personal guide helping us book events which made our whole vacation worth it all. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He also helped with the local taxis services and provided us with any info our group needed. I would absolutely recommend for anyone. Great company, house, and service.

Wow! Feeling Italy was Amazing! They have top customer service! Carmine and Gianluca were great at communicating with us and were also very accommodating. Our air bnb was beautiful! They helped us arrange driving plans which allowed us to move around easily. I highly recommend Feeling Italy!

Exceptional! GinaLuca and Carmine were very accommodating and made my trip run smoothly. They helped book rides for my friends and I to take day trips to Positano. They constantly checked up on us and offered to help in many different ways. They were very quick to fix any little problems that came along. Overall I really recommend using Feeling Italy!

Sergio and the team at Feeling Italy are the best! Our group of 11 had to postpone our trip to Sorrento twice due to Covid but they were so flexible with us. Once we were finally able to go, they helped us book excursions to the Amalfi coast and Ercolano/Pompeii, as well as dinner reservations. We had to make last minute changes because of weather and Sergio was so accommodating. Everyone we encountered from the private bus drivers to the housekeeper of our villa was outstanding! We can’t wait to return to this beautiful area and will definitely work with Feeling Italy again!

The absolute best people!!!! I booked their Villa La Casa Bianca in 9/2022 for my wedding. Sergio helped me with the event planning every step of the way. He connected me with all the right people to help create a beautiful wedding. Planning from afar is never easy, but the feeling Italy team made it feel seamless. Everything worked out amazingly. The villa was a dream in the perfect location (adorable town Sant’agata). When we were there Gianluca was so incredibly helpful with arranging rides and coordinating plans. The wedding was better than anything I imagined. I highly recommend renting from this team. I hope to visit them regularly for anniversaries!

I had a trip to Massa Lubrense with 4 friends. The experience with Feeling Italy couldn't be better. We had a stay in one of the villas in Via Pontone and everything from the view to handling of our booking by Feeling Italy was amazing. We were also invited to a dinner gathering in an Italian garden which was a true local experience. The team is professional and caring. The villas are well taken care of and their location is very good.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Terrible company. I booked private transfers over a month ago for my group from Naples to the Amalfi Coast and received confirmation emails with booking numbers so I thought all was good. Just to be sure I emailed to re-confirm the bookings a few days before the first transfer. This was the email correspondence I received back:

“Hello again,
the transfers were not confirmed as we were no longer offering that service. You should have received a cancellation notification (perhaps in your spam box?
best regards”.

I replied saying no, never got an email saying that and I do regularly check my spam box. I also asked if they have now just left me and my group with no way of getting to our destination with only three days to reorganise and their response was

“Correct”.

That was it. No apologies, no reason for the cancellation, no recommendation for another provider or anything. Absolutely awful company.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU’RE PREPARED TO START EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH AT THE LAST MINUTE.

I went on my first group trip in many years and we selected one of Feeling Italy’s rental villas in Massa Lubrense. Little did we know they were a complete “one stop shop” offering housing, transportation, cooking and excursion planning. They were competitively priced with high quality offerings. We cooked, yachted, explored, and dined with only the best! Their staff was exceptionally helpful, accommodating and patient with us. Gianluca, Imma, Sergio, Carmela, and the amazing team behind the scenes went above and beyond to give us a truly once in a lifetime experience. (Although I hope it’s not “just once” because I can’t wait for another trip with Feeling Italy again soon!!)
