The couple who own/run this place are amazing and so accommodating! My family and I stayed here for the past week and they are great and friendly people who care about their patrons. Treating everyone like a VIP! We will be back for sure!!

My wife and I stayed this past Friday and Saturday and we had a wonderful time! Great food and service. Hughes and his wife are excellent host with careful caring attention to each detail of our stay. We loved the jacuzzi and the chicken wings and drinks were delicious. On top of that there are tons of free amenities that came with our room that are just too many to mention. The atmosphere at Villa Sinclair was amazing with beautiful lighting and ornaments everywhere. The Hollywood Board Walk and Beach is just steps away with free live music every Friday & Saturday night at the Hollywood Beach Bandshell. This place is tons of fun surrounded by tons of fun! We will Be Back!!

Très bien située, à 2 pas de la plage, la villa Sinclair est très confortable et bien équipée. Parasol, draps de plage, vélos à disposition. Hughes, le boss ☺️est très accueillant. Petit établissement familial très agréable. On se sent comme à la maison ????.

Stayed here solo and I must tell you that u will want for nothing if u spend an evening or a week here. Hugo the host was on point with every need. The rooms were well decorated with everything one would want Or need and it’s a stones throw from the beach. I wanted to let you know that I’ve stayed at a number of hotels this past month countless, I couldn’t tell you how many this by far beat out all of them, and for the money you cannot beat it.

Our stay at the Villa Sinclair hotel in Hollywood Beach was absolutely wonderful! Let me start by highlighting the hotel's perfect location, which allowed us to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Cleanliness was clearly a priority at this hotel. Our room was spotless, and it was evident that Hughes and his wife take great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

Owner Hughes’ customer service was exceptional. He and his wife went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, working tirelessly to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their dedication and attentiveness were truly appreciated.

The hotel amenities were fantastic. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink and a refreshing pineapple, which was a delightful touch. On Friday, the champagne offered added a touch of luxury to our stay. The patio was amazing, and the hot tub was absolutely spot on! It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day. Additionally, the hotel provided a great channel selection, including popular streaming services like Netflix and Max. It was wonderful to have such entertainment options available.

The accommodation itself felt like a home away from home. The room was well-appointed, with a big TV for entertainment and fast internet that kept us connected throughout our stay. The split A/C system worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature in the room.

Hughes and his wife truly made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. Their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for their efforts.

Without a doubt, we will be returning to this hotel in the future. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it for a fantastic stay in Hollywood Beach.

This is a super cool spot that the owners clearly take very good care of. My room was stocked with everything you could possibly want, from Dominos to cards, DVD’s to listen to. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, soft drinks, liquor and beer. There was even a box of chocolates in there too! The location is great too as they are close to bars and restaurants and just downstairs is a hooka bar with cocktails in a very intimate setting of cabanas where you can get comfy. The large hot tub was inviting as well. The owners were very kind and truly want you to enjoy your stay there! When I had to leave unexpectedly, the owner helped me bring my luggage to my car. I would recommend staying there and I’ll be back too!

My family and I stayed there for 3 nights and we had a blast!

This was such a fun stay and experience! The host (Hughes) could not have been more attentive and accommodating! The patio is amazing and the hot tub glorious! The sauna is great too! It was wonderful to be able to get food and drink on-site when we wanted! This is a party atmosphere on weekends. Our studio was spacious and clean! The decorative touches and themes were just great and the TV amd channel selection including Netflix and HBOMax - just great! The split A/C works well and you can switch to hear of need be. The location is literally right off the Broadwalk about 30 steps - right near the beach and ocean and all the activity. We were pleased and will return!

The man in the front was extremely rude. I refuse to stay here! I usually can brush things off easily but his attitude was repulsive and unnecessary. We are on vacation! He was a older balding round tummy man with a strong accent. Disgusting

This is such a cute fun little place. Hugh, the owner is so sweet. It’s was perfect for the holidays. It is 10 feet from the beach and has tons of local bars and restaurant.

Fun, eclectic, cozy accommodations! The hosts/owners are kind, conscientious, and professional. We stayed in the Renoir Suite which was clean, had lovely and interesting art and decorations. We plan to go back in the future and bring friends and family.

So happy to find this gem! Spent 3 nights at the Villa and wish it could gave been longer. Will definitely go here next time in Hollywood. So unique, literally 60 seconds walk to beach and boardwalk. Very hospitable owners!

This is great The host and his family are awesome. He will go out of his way to make your stay extra special.. I will definitely be going back and I recommend this place to anyone.

Great ambiance, drinks and service !

The owners and staff were amazing we spent a week stay and rented two rooms. We will definitely be back again we have teenagers that loved their own room and the amenities were great if something seemed off or didn’t work they quickly corrected for our accommodation.
