Service was awesome, and the staff was very easy and polite. The areas of the entire property are kept very clean. Hard Rock properties are tremendous in size, but the signage is better, and of course, all the staff know the layout.

You can tell the economy is tough, and this casino is extremely expensive and a massive luxury at this point! My family lives in Miami and we take trips to the casino occasionally and stay at their hotel occasionally. Love hanging out at the pool area. This particular trip was for my daughters, 21st birthday! We had a great time, but …………. Some of the staff is not the friendliest! Ordering a drink at the pool area is now an “extreme massive luxury” as a 6 ounce watered down cup of piña colada with barely any alcohol, if any at all is $27 (nonsense)!! They automatically add an 18% gratuity onto your bill. No exceptions! Wife ordered a mudslide to the same tone of barely any alcohol for $27 as well! Bucket of Five bottled domestic beers Is $50! Left no room for Casino money. Lol. I find it to be foolish because if drinks were reasonable people would gamble more. I know when I drink I spend more money cause I get stupid ????????????????. Maybe I’m wrong ????????♂️. The pool area was not the cleanest either and they allow vaping and you smell it all over the place. Disgusting! Regardless, had a great time with my daughter and will be back at the end of April for a heart concert! Won’t be buying any alcohol at the venue though! I’ll just bring my own alcohol and chug it down before I get onto their property! ????????????. if their drinks were eight dollars or so I would buy seven or eight drinks, but nooooooooo. ????????????
