Really wanted to enjoy this hotel for a birthday getaway. The heat stopped working in our room on the first night (low temps were in the teens, definitely needed heat). We notified the front desk and they moved us to the “emergency room” basically in the lobby. This room was half the size of the room we booked and everything was a little bit broken, including the bathroom door which would not stay shut. Every time we asked, the front desk told us they were working on it and would let us know as soon as a comparable room became available. We were never moved or offered a comparable room. Because we paid in full when we made the reservation, the hotel refused to provide any refund. Very disappointed and recommended staying elsewhere.

Beautiful locatoon overlooking the falls. The room was spectacular, located in the mill building. It was spacious. The barn door to the bathroom was difficult and would slide open/not stay closed. Our only interaction with staff was check in and out and a greeting to the maintenance staff. Everyone was curteous. We did not have a chance to try the restaurant as there are so many on Main. This location is phenomenal and we would return.

Great view. Ice cold food! Our main course was obviously sitting in the kitchen getting cold. What a shame!
