Loved the hotel. Was not sure at first, but they had great rooms, a picture-perfect location near the water, friendly staff, and a great restaurant. Let's not forget access to some of the best wineries and the Corning Museum. Loved the morning coffee and tea bar every morning. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly and helpful. -- Upscale hotel I would think you could use a little better toilet paper. Just a thought. -- Our thermostat was not working properly couldn't get it warm and fan would not shut off. Your front staff responded quickly and changed our room. Very grateful. Your pillows have alot to be desired. No substance to them. -- We love your hotel. Stayed several times. --
