Staff was extremely friendly, easy check in and check out process. Staff went above and beyond to assist me and the room was not only comfortable and clean, but spacious and easy access. The coffee station on my floor was much appreciated! Wonderful place to stay in Watkins Glen.

Brooke!!! Andrea ! Damon!!! -- Andrea, Brooke and Damon rock .. we had a family get together large group and they accommodated us to the fullest ! I want to say special thanks to Brooke knowing that my sister in-law can be a bit demanding Brooke handled it with profession !!!

My trip to the hotel was to watch the Super bowl. I arrived early staff was wonderful I went to the bar at 630 for dinner and to watch the game. There were only 3 other people in the whole area. the bartender let me know that i cold not have the drink I had brought from my room, no bid deal. I ordered a beer and got a menu I asked if he could turn on the volume of the game. He said no we could not have volume on in a bar for the biggest game of the year. I have traveled a lot for work and have stayed in hotels all over the country. Never have I been treated so rude by a bartender.
