5 Zanzibar star resort, please don't confuse zanzibar star rating with the rest of the world
However this hotel is exceptional in cleanliness and staff service and helpfulness
The restaurant staff in particular Jitendra, Scola and Rose could not have done more to look after us, the bands in the evening are also very enjoyable
Great squash and tennis courts and crazy golf, free use of Kayaks are useful, massage and spa also very enjoyable, golf would have been great if had got to play but rain prevented this
Overall a very pleasant hotel, the only let down if there was one is there is absolutely nothing around it to see or do

We stayed here for 5 days after a safari in Tanzania. One of the key measurements of a hotel is how they deal with problems, and the Sea Cliff scored very well on this. We had a couple of issues on check-in, but the staff managed a totally acceptable resolution.
The rooms are a good size, but the showers are in need of refurbishment - which apparently they have planned for 2024.
It was unfortunate that it rained almost continually during our stay, but we did fully utilise the hotel facilities.
The service in the restaurant was excellent and we had a very good massage.
Would certainly recommend - but not in November ????

The room was nice and clean and comfortable with a partial sea view. Rooms were cleaned daily and at night the bedding was turn down.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the resort staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. They were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request we had, making us feel valued and appreciated as a guest. When I was sick everyone wants to know if I was fine and can they help me with a doctor or meds. Asiya Waziri went out of her way to deliver an excellent service to us and our friends. Cosman also delivered great service.
The amenities at the hotel were also top-notch. The restaurant (buffet) served delicious meals (breakfast and dinner) with different themes every night. The pudding table looked great but there was no taste to the puddings. Very bland. The entertainment was also great. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and a tranquil ambiance.
Overall, our stay at this resort was a truly memorable experience. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a delightful and unforgettable stay.
