We stopped in October as a party of 10 and requested rooms together, we couldn't of been more apart, the apartments are OK I honestly didn't think ours had been cleaned before as bathroom was quite dusty, our apartment was on the street and was so noisy at night the good thing was we could use washer and dryer in garage apart from that we had to make sure when leaving to make sure apartments had no rubbish left or we didn't get refunded our deposits which we thought was quite petty.
The hotel part was lovely but one of the receptionist was quite rude and if wasnt German or spanish they was quite ifnorant, we paid one night to eat in buffet restaurant which wasn't bad but then we paid for the breakfast which was awful. The location of hotel was good which wasn't far from the beach and main street. The entertainment wasn't very good either.
Overall I wouldn't return here

Stanowczo za drogi do prezentowanej jakości. Na śniadaniu zdecydowanie za mało obsługi. O godzinie 10 brakuje połowę rzeczy na bufecie. Pokoje bez klimatu. Raczej nie na romantyczny wyjazd. Recepcjonista chyba pracuje za karę. Brak empatii. Na pewno nie wrócimy i nie polecamy.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! It's swarming with ants, literally everywhere. Check out the video I've attached; it's utterly revolting. When I brought this ant infestation to the attention of the property manager, he didn't seem the least bit surprised. Rather than offering us an alternative room, they simply handed us an ant spray and expected us to handle the problem ourselves. It's crystal clear that this is not an isolated incident; I'm certain numerous other guests have encountered this issue and voiced their complaints, and the management appears to be fully aware. Their response? Absolutely nothing. I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT even consider staying here!!!

No os hospedeéis en estos apartamentos. Las habitaciones están infectadas de hormigas. Ved el video adjunto. Es terrible. Me quejé al gerente de los apartamentos y no parecía en lo más mínimo sorprendido. Ni siquiera nos ofrecieron otra habitación, si no que nos dieron un insecticida para usar y ya está. Su respuesta? Absolutamente nada. No os quedéis a dormir aquí!!!

We like a lot staying at Neptuno Appartaments in Calella. It is a very nice place to have good vacations.
The studios are very comfortable and cozy. We love balconies and terrazas which have very beautiful views to the town, mountains and sea. There are also nice swimming pools, especially the one on the roof is a wonderful place to relax and has a magnificent view.
The staff of Neptuno is very friendly and welcoming, especially thank you to Marina and Barbara.
We like the location of Neptuno a lot. It is both next to beach, mountains park and old town, near the supermarket and market, and few steps to the bus station to arrive directly from Barcelona airport or train or bus station. In calm place, but also with some concerts during the evenings. There’s everything to have unforgettable holidays.

Hi ha tres elements que m'encanten del Neptuno: per una banda el tracte del personal, et fan sentir com a casa, el segon la renovació que darrerament han fet de les seves instal·lacions: són brutals.
La darrera és per mi molt rellevant, tenen molta cura pel medi ambient i la sostenibilitat, crec que és una bona manera de demostrar que el turisme és compatible amb la sostenibilitat.

Finalment, és un allotjament que serveix per tot tipus de clients, hem trobat parelles joves, gent gran, famílies....tothom s'ho passa bé!

Hi hem anat un parell de vegades, i repetirem!!!

Mi experiencia es agridulce. La ubicación perfecta, el personal muy amable y el hotel bonito! Pero los apartamentos son otra historia. Al menos el apartamento 50! Una ratonera! Parecia que estabamos en GRAN HERMANO, expuestos a la vista las 24 horas.
El minibar y la piscina al frente, asi que nunca estrenamos la terraza.
Estaba muy sucio y lleno de hormigas. Nos tuvimos que poner a limpiar y sacamos dos cubos de agua negra del suelo.
El baño del apartamento 50 una auténtica sauna, un calor sofocante, hay una cristalera sin cortina y el sol es tan fuerte que hace efecto lupa y te achicharras en tu propio baño.
Creo que nos toco lo peor de NEPTUNO APARTAMENTS.
Cuando expuse esto en recepción me comentaron que “ Los apartamentos no son 4 estrellas como el hotel “. OJO AL DATO.
Con pena digo que no volveremos.
CUIDADO CON EL APARTAMENTO 50.
