El hotel está genial. Las habitaciones fantásticas, el personal del hotel una maravilla super atentos. Pero la cena fatal el bufete muy escaso, comida sin sabor y muy poca comida en general. Para ser un 4 estrellas la comida muy mal.

Hotel bien ubicado, y las instalaciones muy nuevas y decoradas con gusto. El servicio de desayuno y cena del restaurante está muy bien, el personal es muy atento, sobre todo Rosa que además de encantadora es muy cercana y está pendiente en todo momento de los clientes. La atención muy buena, uno de los días llegamos a las 11 de la noche y nos prepararon una mesa en el bar con cena fría. El hotel merece la pena.

Buen Hotel, totalmente reformado en Calella centro (muy cerca de la zona peatonal), Spa pequeño (8 personas máx) y sencillo. Habitaciones completas, algunas son vistas ya que dan a un patio interior de casas particulares. Servicio bien, aunque el restaurante un poco desbordado el personal.
The biggest problem is the cleanliness. The rooms are not clean enough. Toilet was not cleaned well by arriving, lot of hairs on the floor and in the bed, the joints between the tiles were really dirty, it’s better not to look under the bed.
The walls are very thin, you can hear everything.
The service staff in the restaurant needs a training. Not for one time they bring the wrong drinks. Every day you hear falling dishes in the dining room.
Some of the cookers in the evening wear body jewelry for example rings or earrings, this must be prohibited for security reasons.
The staff at the bar was professional and very nice.
Dinner was ok, but when hotel is busy you have to wait until they refill the dishes.
At the first day my wallet was stolen in the elevator, before I still had it at the reception while I paid the city tax. Unfortunately no help from reception to find out the people who was taking the elevator with me although they have many cameras and one of the receptionist saw the two men also before in the lobby.
When I looked again in the elevator after few minutes the wallet was found there empty at the floor.
This can of course happen everywhere but when we talk about other hotel guests it doesn’t make a good impression.
