absolutely horrible. got stuck in a broken elevator WITH NO BROKEN ELAVATOT SIGN. never again. 10/10 don’t recommend

This hotel has no sound proofing at all. I could hear every noise. Whether it be from the maids in the hall, my nextdoor neighbor, or even the room above me. No one was being excessively noisy, there is just no sound isolation at all. Someone in a previous review mentioned wood floors. They are most definitely not wood floors, but vinyl flooring made to look like wood. Not a good choice as carpet may have dampened some of the noise. I never could get the TV to work. The van ride from the airport was unsafe as the driver was driving recklessly at high speed. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

This hotel is definitely the worst Hyatt I've been to. The front desk agents are always rude as hell. I avoid this hotel with my job because of it.

We went over the weekend for a conference. When we arrived, there was a board that said to make reservations for Saturday meals. We signed up, but they said it was just a head count. The front desk staff was pretty nice. Next we went to our room and our door didn’t work. We had to wait outside our room for a good half hour, making us late to our conference. The room is in obvious need of touch ups. Chipped paint, ripped leather on the chair. Extremely flat cheap pillows. The WiFi on the tv did not connect the entire weekend. And the lighting is so bad! The bathroom- when we turned on the bath, a bunch of dust/dirt came out, the shower makes a constant screaming sound, and the bath tub and the sink were barely draining the whole time.
Saturday we went to the restaurant for lunch. We were maybe the 10th couple in line and waited about half an hour to be seated. We ordered 2 burgers right as we sat down since we were in a hurry. Our drinks came quickly but the food never came. We waited for an hour and asked our waitress twice if the food was coming while watched many tables that came after us be served. She kept telling us “they are putting it on the plate”. Finally we just had to leave to get back to our conference.
Our hotel experience was so disappointing. It’s not worth the money. I would maybe try the Hilton next door.
