The lady that works the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the room is fantastic and it’s very quiet in a busy weekend area. The only reason why they lose a star is because I had a difficult time finding breakfast in the morning and when I spoke with the gentlemen he was rude and condescending with me while I was polite the whole time. I would stay there again.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms very clean, spacious, smart tv. Bathrooms big and very clean. Helpful staff for local knowledge. English spoken, spoke on the phone before and by email. Used their car park facilities for 17€ a day. Safe and secure. Location was perfect 10 minutes walk, quiet enough at night. Bakery underneath just on the corner was perfect for breakfast. Coffee in the room available. Mini market around the corner for snacks etc. Will recommend to everyone visiting Gent.

Дуже сподобалось! Чисто, прибирання кожного дня, зручні ліжка. Тепло в номері. Є кавоварка, але за каву 1 євро, чай в номері безкоштовно. Велика ванна кімната. Смачний сніданок. Дітям дуже сподобалось. Все як на фото готеля. Окрема подяка пані Наталі!

Rooms were spotless, staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Mooie grote strak gerenoveerde badkamer.
Kamers authentiek met openhaard en hoge ramen.
Top!!
